If you need to change the size, we can assist you without any hassle! Size exchange is free of charge. Just contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item, and we will be happy to assist you with the return and replacement of the size. This is a free of charge service, we are going to take care of the pick up of the parcel, just e-mail us at survivors@svalbardislands.it with those info: - size of the parcel; - place of pick up; - location and approximate pick-up time.
Then just relax and enjoy while we deliver your requested size!
RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return the item within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as it was received, with original tags and packaging. You can choose if we will be tacking care of the pick-up of the parcel (cost will be deducted); alternatively you could send us back directly the item.
