Svalbard Islands Jacket Care Service
Our comprehensive jacket care service includes:
- Free collection of your jacket
- Professional washing and sanitization
- Application of two layers of "Fiber Protect," a silix-based solution enhancing fabric water repellency
- Free return shipping to your home
The entire process takes 14 to 21 days and is conducted at our highly equipped Svalbard Islands Headquarters in Italy by our trained personnel.
Additional Services
We also offer repairs for damages like tears, zip replacements, and button fixes. Custom repair costs are assessed individually after the jacket is sent. If repairs are unfeasible, costs (excluding shipping) will be refunded, and you can choose to dispose of the jacket yourself or have us handle it.
This service is available for non-Svalbard Islands jackets at a non-discounted rate.
How to Access the Service
Place your order and make the payment online. Then, inform us via order notes or email (survivors@svalbardislands.it) when your package with the jacket is ready for collection. Please include the package size, approximate weight, and the pickup address with a designated time. Once you provide these details, we will arrange for a courier to collect your jacket. After the reconditioning service is complete, the jacket will be shipped back to the selected address.
